Overview
NYP seriesInternal gear pumpIt is a new type of positive displacement pump developed based on the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, coatings, oils, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food. Due to its ability to use different materials and unique structure, this product is widely used for conveying media with different properties and viscosities.
Applicable medium temperature: -10 ℃ -200 ℃ (the applicable temperature for NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 is -10 ℃ -80 ℃).
Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0cSt -300000cSt (applicable viscosity for NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 is 1.0cSt -10000cSt).

structural style(As shown in Figure 1)
(1) The working principle is that the driving gear (outer rotor) with internal teeth drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction inside the fully enclosed pump body. The crescent plate between the pump body and the front cover separates the suction and discharge ports. When rotating, negative pressure is formed at the suction port, and the liquid is sucked in. The rotor carries the liquid to the discharge port, and the pump body is discharged under pressure, completing the transportation of the liquid.
(2) The structure is shown in Figure 1. The pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotors, shaft, pump body, front cover, trailer, seal, bearings, etc. There are two forms of seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. For media with high temperature, high viscosity, and strong corrosiveness, packing seals are preferred. When conveying materials that are prone to crystallization, insulation jackets can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which can be melted by steam insulation during operation. The pump can be equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or pipeline system is overpressure, the safety valve opens to form internal backflow, ensuring system safety. The pump device consists of a pump, a motor, and a base. There are two types of transmission modes: bridge type and direct connection type. When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
