working principle

The sewage first enters the filter cloth filter, passes through the filter cloth by gravity, and the filtered water enters the filter disc and central pipe for discharge or reuse. As the filtration progresses, the amount of material deposited on the filter cloth increases, the filtration speed gradually decreases, and the water level in the filter gradually rises. When the water level rises to the set level, negative pressure reverse suction begins. As the filter disk slowly rotates, the filter cloth is cleaned thoroughly. Larger solids in the incoming water will naturally settle to the bottom of the bucket shaped pool, and then be sent to the sludge treatment facility for treatment using a sludge pump.
