purpose

The PLB umbrella type vertical mixer is a high-tech mixing product developed by our research center, with a hyperbolic structure that has undergone professional hydraulic calculations and experiments. Suitable for stirring and mixing liquids, liquids and solids, liquids and gases in various occasions. Especially suitable for mixing in sewage treatment projects.

Working principle and characteristics

This mixer adopts fiberglass injection molding technology, which has a smooth surface, linear and flowing shape, and high strength and corrosion resistance. The unique hyperbolic surface has minimal resistance when promoting water flow, resulting in high efficiency. The water flow is stirred by the impeller, forming a uniform omnidirectional push flow at the bottom of the pool, making the water flow in a vertical vortex state. The reducer is placed above and has no vulnerable parts underwater, thus it has the characteristics of long service life, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.
