1.1 Product positioning and core attributes

ZS-211 Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating is a room temperature space energy-saving thermal insulation coating, which belongs to the single component modified inorganic water-based coating that prevents heat conduction. It has the core advantages of "thin layer efficiency and multifunctional integration". Its appearance is a bone white thick paste, with a specific gravity of only 0.46g/ml after solidification, a solid content of over 85%, and a temperature resistance of up to 150 ℃. It can be widely used in internal and external surface insulation projects in various fields such as construction, chemical industry, metallurgy, transportation, etc., especially suitable for the energy-saving and protection needs of indoor environments in buildings.
The core highlight of the product lies in its multiple functions of thermal insulation, decoration and waterproofing, mold and corrosion prevention, insulation and fire prevention, and no VOC volatilization throughout the process. It is a non-toxic and harmless green environmental protection material that meets the environmental protection requirements of indoor living environment.

1.2 Core components and working mechanism

The coating is composed of modified solution, uniformly sealed nano hollow glass microspheres with a mesh size of 80 or more, heat reflecting material, ceramic fibers and other core components.   • Small crack coverage and waterproof leakage: Coatings can cover small cracks on the surface of walls, forming a continuous waterproof coating that effectively blocks the penetration of small amounts of water seepage or condensation, further consolidating the moisture-proof effect and protecting the wall substrate from water vapor erosion.

  • Construction environment: Construction should be carried out in a ventilated and dry environment with a relative humidity of less than 60% and a temperature above 10 ℃; If the environmental humidity is high and the temperature is low, a heat source can be used for heating and curing, but the surface temperature of the coating should not exceed 70 ℃ to avoid vaporization bubbles that affect the continuity of the moisture-proof coating.

  • Construction method: Brushing, rolling, wiping or spraying (airless high-pressure spray gun) can be used, and the coating should be thoroughly mixed before construction; When the coating thickness is greater than 0.5mm, it is recommended to use multiple layers of construction. The thickness of the first layer should be controlled at around 0.3mm, and the thickness of each subsequent layer should not exceed 1mm. The next layer should be applied after the surface of the previous layer has dried (at room temperature for ≥ 30 minutes), and the brushing direction should be perpendicular to the previous layer.

  • Substrate treatment: Before construction, it is necessary to ensure that the wall substrate is flat, dry, and free of oil and dust. If the substrate has a large area of moisture or leakage, it needs to be treated with basic waterproofing before painting.
