The new environmentally friendly lime kiln fan, with models G9-19 and G9-26 series, is applied to new environmentally friendly high tower lime kilns over 30 meters, with a pressure of about 20000 and an air volume of 15000-21000 cubic meters.

There are models such as 11.2, 12, 12.5, etc. The motor is equipped with 55-90 kW and a speed of 1450 rpm depending on the model.

New environmentally friendly lime kiln fan renovation:

1、 Since its application in 2009, the use of kiln fan control and frequency conversion energy-saving technology has improved the qualification rate, output, and output value of finished products. This has enabled the kiln oxygen to reach equilibrium, creating a high-temperature sintering atmosphere that meets the requirements of the sintering process. As a result, the qualification rate of products has increased from 89% to over 91%. The output value before the renovation was about 75 million yuan, with a total increase in production value of about 5.224 million yuan.

2、 The energy-saving and consumption reducing system adopts an adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve comprehensive control of the hot air supply fan, smoke exhaust fan, cooling fan, and kiln bottom balance fan, resulting in uniform sintering, reduced black core bricks, and a saving of about 1.6% in raw material costs. The raw material cost is 35 million yuan, with a total cost savings of 3500 * 1.6% * 3=1.706 million yuan.

3、 Extending the service life of the roasting kiln and equipment maintenance time through comprehensive system control, using control algorithms to achieve better results in temperature and pressure inside the kiln, is expected to extend the service life of the roasting kiln by 2-3 years. After the motor frequency conversion operation, the failure rate has been reduced by about 30% on the original basis, saving the company about 1.8 million yuan in fault maintenance costs from 2009 to 2012.

4、 Reducing power grid losses can be achieved through frequency conversion transformation of the system, which can save energy and reduce consumption during system operation. It can also reduce the impact on the power grid during system startup, thereby improving the power factor of the power grid and reducing line losses and system energy consumption. After the system renovation, the power loss has been reduced by 10% -20%. A total of 1.829 million yuan was saved in three years.
