The equipment composition of the bottled water production line includes an automatic cap removal machine, an automatic external bucket brushing machine, an automatic bucket loading device, and an inlet/Bucket conveying, bucket water filling machine, automatic capping machine, online bucket lid disinfection machine, lamp inspection equipment, automatic film wrapping machine, steam shrinking machine, inkjet printer, automatic bucket bagging machine, palletizing machine.

Recycled empty buckets generally come from different environments, such as schools, construction sites, office buildings, etc., with varying degrees of pollution. For severely polluted empty buckets, they need to be manually cleaned before entering the bottled water production line. Under the action of the conveyor chain, the empty bucket enters the automatic lid removal machine. Once the empty bucket signal is in place, the lid removal head immediately moves downwards to remove the lid from the empty bucket. The lid is then blown into the designated position using a wind power system for recycling and reuse.

Used for brushing the outer surface and bottom of empty buckets. Once the number signal of empty buckets is in place, the bucket pushing device immediately acts to push the buckets to the brush, and then the motor drives the brush360Rotate the water nozzle and aim it at the position of the empty bucket to start spraying, cleaning the outer surface and bottom of the empty bucket in all directions.

By the action of the cylinder, the empty bucket is automatically fed into the interior of the bottled water filling machine.

It integrates disinfection, flushing, filling, and sealing, and its working process is as follows: two hot disinfectant sprays, one drip drying, two room temperature low concentration disinfectant sprays, one drip drying, two recycled water sprays, one drip drying, two finished water sprays, and one drip drying. During this process, the outside of the bucket is also sprayed with corresponding spray heads. Through the lifting device, all spray heads are lifted up and deep into the empty bucket to thoroughly disinfect and spray the inside of the bucket. The cleaned empty buckets are sent to the filling position through an automatic bucket dropping device and filled. The overflowing water during the process will flow back to the pure water tank to avoid waste of finished water. The filled large barrel is sequentially covered and sealed by a conveyor belt.

By using an automatic capping machine to feed the bucket lid into the capping device, a photoelectric detection device is designed in the capping device to control the start and stop of the capping machine. When the lid is missing, the capping machine starts, and when it is full, it stops. By using a lid sorting device to straighten the lid, it enters the internal slide of the bucket lid disinfection machine in sequence. Under the action of wind, it advances forward in sequence. During this process, the lid is sprayed with disinfectant, rinsed with recycled water, and rinsed with finished water. After air drying, it enters the slide in sequence and waits for the lid to be hung. Compared to traditional disinfection methods, it saves manpower, has a high degree of automation, avoids secondary contact between the lid and air, and effectively improves the quality of bottled water products.

Manually inspect the interior of bottled water with naked eyes for impurities, eliminate defective products, and provide consumers with healthy and safe bottled water products.

This device can automatically coat the barrel mouth instead of manual coating, and is generally used in large-scale barrel water production.

Generate high-temperature steam through electric heating, and use the high-temperature steam to shrink the barrel opening film, tightly adhering to the surface of the barrel opening.

Automatically lift the bucket to suspend it in the air, making it easier for manual placement of the bag on the surface of the bottled water.

Automatically arrange finished bottled water products and stack them in order according to the pre-set program, greatly reducing manpower.
