Scope of application
It can be widely used for the treatment of animal and vegetable oil containing wastewater in hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants, etc. It can also be used in conjunction with other water treatment devices.
Working principle
The basic principle of an oil separation tank is to use the specific gravity ratio of oil and water to separate oil and water, filter out larger solid pollutants, and then use a adsorption separation device to adsorb, separate, deposit, and oxidize oil contaminated wastewater. At the same time, it is equipped with biotechnology to effectively reduce the BOD content and suspended solids in the effluent to achieve sewage purification in the oil separation tank. The purification process: sewage enters from the inlet and is filtered through a mesh basket to separate larger solid substances. Slightly smaller oil pollutants are then passed through the front filter plate to adsorb and separate materials. The gradually expanding plate separates the oil and sewage, and then enters the biological purification area through the rear filter plate. After biological purification, they are discharged from the outlet to meet the third level standard.
Product Features
1. High technical content: Due to the use of shallow pool sedimentation theory, as well as the principles of anisotropic flow separation and turbulent boundary layer, the separation surface per unit pool capacity has been increased, greatly improving the effectiveness of the oil separation tank, shortening the residence time of wastewater, greatly reducing equipment volume, and saving land area and cost.
2. No electricity, no power, cost saving: Only utilizing the liquid level difference formed when sewage flows through the device, easily achieving the purpose of oil-water isolation. This product has many unique features in terms of process principle and structural design, making it reliable in operation, small in size, and extremely long in service life. No reagents or drugs need to be added, and there is no secondary pollution.
3. The installation and maintenance of the grease trap is simple and convenient: simply connect the inlet and outlet pipes to use it. It can be easily installed under the vegetable washing basin, pot brush basin, and stove, without the need for dedicated personnel to operate and maintain it. Only regular oil discharge is required.
4. The oil separator is suitable for all types of oil, with no limit on the concentration of oil entering. It can be widely used in wastewater treatment projects containing natural petroleum and petroleum products, tar and tar fractions, animal and vegetable oils, and lanolin, and is particularly suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater in the catering industry.
Instructions for use
1. This product can be directly installed on the channel through which oily wastewater flows, by aligning the wastewater outlet with the inlet of the oil separation tank with a grid, and can be connected to other equipment through pipelines. The bottom sewage pipeline can be connected to the sludge dewatering device. If the sludge dewatering device is not equipped, it can be directly connected to the sewage pipe.
2. The flow rate of sewage entering the unpowered oil separation tank should match the processing capacity of the equipment; Oil containing wastewater should be equipped with an oil separation tank device before being discharged into the pipeline.
3. The installation of the oil separation tank device must be adjusted to its horizontal position without any errors.
4. Before the first use, the equipment should be filled with tap water and then with sewage until only oil is discharged from the oil outlet.
5. After each usage period (morning, day, and evening), the debris on the inlet filter net cage should be emptied and cleaned, and a dedicated personnel is required to manage it.
6. After daily use, the waste oil in the oil collection tank should be cleaned. When there is more animal oil than vegetable oil in the catering industry, the wastewater will form clumps and blocks. At this time, the drainage valve should be opened first to discharge some of the water, and then the oil discharge valve should be opened to discharge the waste oil
7. During use, the interior of the equipment should be regularly flushed to clean it thoroughly. Generally, it should be flushed every two weeks or depending on the situation. (Please control the amount of detergent used in the catering industry. If too much detergent is added, a demulsifier should be installed in front of the equipment.)
8. Equipment adjustment: The liquid level for separating oil and water in the oil separation tank has been adjusted during equipment manufacturing (at the same time, the internal level of the equipment has been adjusted during manufacturing, and during installation, only the level of the equipment needs to be adjusted to the corresponding position). Therefore, as long as tap water is filled before equipment use, the drain valve next to the oil discharge valve can be adjusted from water outlet to no dripping.
