The pollutants in flue gas pose potential hazards to both humans and the environment. Among them, pollutants such as particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and carbon monoxide in flue gas pose a significant threat to human health. For example, particulate matter can enter the human respiratory system, causing irritation and damage to the respiratory tract, and even leading to cardiovascular disease; Sulfur dioxide can cause airway spasms and inflammation; Nitrogen oxides can damage alveolar epithelial cells and bronchial mucosal cells; Carbon monoxide can bind with hemoglobin in the human body, affecting the ability of blood to transport oxygen, causing poisoning and death. Therefore, online monitoring of flue gas can timely detect the concentration of pollutants in the flue gas and take corresponding measures to ensure human health and environmental quality.

Online Continuous Monitoring System for Smoke EmissionsA monitoring system for real-time and continuous determination of various pollutant concentrations in flue gas emitted from thermal power plants through sampling or direct measurement methods. The continuous monitoring system for boiler flue gas mainly consists of a smoke and dust monitoring subsystem, a gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, a flue gas emission parameter monitoring subsystem, and a system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem.
System composition:
1. Particle measurement subsystem:
Smoke and dust analyzer: measures the smoke and dust content. Including: 01 host, probe 02 signal output: 4-20mA
2. Gaseous pollutant measurement subsystem:
(1) Gas analyzer. It has calibration function. The calibration time and cycle shall be determined according to the on-site situation;
(2) Sampling probe. Equipped with self heating and temperature control functions;
(3) Temperature controlled heat tracing sampling pipeline, the material of the sampling tube is polytetrafluoroethylene;
(4) The preprocessing system includes: refrigerators, drainage pumps, anti-corrosion sampling pumps, precision filters, solenoid valves, etc.
3. Smoke parameter measurement subsystem:
(1) Online monitoring instruments for temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc
4. System control, data acquisition, and data processing system:
(1) Hardware of data acquisition and processing system;
(2) Continuous monitoring system software for smoke emissions.
