The infrared human body temperature screening device, also known as the mini body temperature screening device, uses sensors imported from Belgium and measures the surface temperature of the wrist based on the principle of infrared thermal radiation. The instrument consists of hardware components such as a core processing system, display screen, temperature detection sensor, alarm device, and chassis bracket.

BN-HWTW71-TY.MINI outdoor infrared human body temperature screening instrument is a screening instrument that measures the surface skin temperature of the wrist. Its advantage is that it can quickly screen the surface skin temperature of the human body. The BN-HWTW71-TY.MINI infrared human body temperature screening device, also known as the mini body temperature screening device, uses sensors imported from Belgium and measures the surface temperature of the wrist using the principle of infrared thermal radiation. The instrument consists of hardware components such as a core processing system, display screen, temperature detection sensor, alarm device, and chassis bracket.

Principle of Infrared Thermal Radiation
In nature, all objects with temperatures above zero continuously emit infrared radiation energy into the surrounding space. The size and wavelength distribution of infrared radiation energy in the human body are closely related to its surface temperature. The infrared wavelength emitted by the human body at (36-37 ℃) is 9-13 μ m. Therefore, by measuring the wavelength of infrared radiation emitted by the human body itself, the thermal radiation of the skin on the wrist surface can be accurately measured using the principle of infrared reception to display the surface temperature of the measured object. This is the objective basis for non-contact infrared temperature measurement.
Instrument analysis
1. Processing system:
The motherboard is installed inside the chassis and fixed back-to-back with the display screen. It consists of high-speed CPU, capacitors, resistors, inductors, crystal diodes, crystal transistors, integrated circuits, and other components. It has the characteristics of high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness, and good safety. It is an integral part of the overall measurement response time center.
2. Display screen:
Adopting a 128 * 64 dot matrix LCD display screen, the main function is to quickly refresh the real-time display of the human surface temperature values detected by the sensor, and equipped with panel protection to ensure clear and intuitive values. The temperature display range is 35 ℃ -42 ℃. When no one passes by, it displays' Lo ', and when the surface temperature of the human body is above 42 ℃, it displays' Hi'.
3. Sensor:
3.1 Adopting Belgian imported sensors with thermal gradient compensation function, consisting of infrared thermopile detectors and signal processing chip packaging. The temperature detection sensor has a detection angle of 3 ° FOV and a response time of 250ms.
3.2 The sensor itself can simultaneously measure the ambient temperature and the surface temperature of the human body.
3.2.1 Environmental temperature Ta
The sensor substrate temperature is measured by PTAT, and all sensor control and data processing are processed on the chip. The linearized sensor chip temperature Ta can also be read from the new product memory. The calculated temperature has a resolution of 0.02 ℃, and the linearized substrate temperature reading is stored in the 006h register of RAM at address 0 × 06
-0 × 06=0 × 2DE4 (11748d) corresponds to -38.2 ℃ (lower limit of linearized output)

Converting RAM values to actual temperature values is very simple, as follows:

3.2.2 Human body temperature To
The output result is stored in RAM at a resolution of 0.02 ℃. The calculation of To is as follows:
To[°K]=To_reg×0.02, 或0.02 °K/LSB.
4. Alarm device:
The alarm device consists of an alarm indicator light and a voice module. When the body temperature is less than 37.3 ℃, the prompt sound is' drip '; When the body temperature is ≥ 37.3 ℃, the prompt sound is: rapid 'drip drip' (the default alarm value set by the factory is 37.3 ℃).
5. Chassis and bracket:
5.1 The overall chassis is made of metal sheet metal, and the inside and outside are treated with spray coating technology, which uses the phenomenon of corona discharge to make the powder coating adhere to the surface of the chassis.
5.2 The bracket is a split structure, and can be assembled according to the installation steps in the manual during use, which is simple and easy to understand.
6. Operating and computing system software:
The system software is independently developed by our company for the infrared body temperature screening device. It is registered with the 'Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate' and does not require any operation. After the power is turned on, the system automatically enters working mode.

7. Compliant with the European RoHS standard, the screening device does not contain harmful substances to the human body and is safe to use;
8. Adopting environmental temperature automatic compensation calibration technology, automatically switching between compensation calibration modes, effectively avoiding changes in environmental temperature that may affect the measurement accuracy of the screening instrument;
