MODBUS RTU Communication Protocol

5.1 CRC Explanation:
In all the following instructions, the CRC16 two byte in the MODBUS RTU protocol follows MODBUS regulations: low byte comes first, high byte comes last.
In the following instructions, it is assumed that the sensor address is 0xFF (default sensor address is FF)
5.2 Return Error Code Regulations:
Sensors do not return error codes when receiving incorrect commands (including CRC16 validation errors). When the upper computer fails to receive return data after sending the instruction for 100ms, it may consider the instruction to have failed and resend the instruction.
5.3 Standard MODBUS Register Description
Special note: The number or length of registers in the MODBUS command is two bytes and 16 bits per unit (high byte first, low byte last), rather than a single byte and 8 bits per unit.
Users should ensure that the range of the address and quantity of registers in the command is within the specified range of this system. If it exceeds the range, the output result of the sensor will be unpredictable. Users should ensure that the MODBUS command meets the requirements of this manual in the upper computer software design
