NRH271 and NRH272 are a series of contactless rotary position sensors that combine high performance, reliability, and cost. All models adopt mature Halle effect sensing technology and are installed in a compact (9.5mm) casing, occupying only 36 x 35 mm of space. The electrical output span can be set to correspond to a rotation of 20 ° to 360 °, and the position information is determined by the angle of the provided magnet relative to the sensor body. The magnet can be installed in a convenient carrier, or in a bolt, and can also be provided as a plug or in bulk. There are two types of power supplies to choose from, one is used to connect a regulated 5V power supply, and the other is used to connect different voltages within the range of 9-30V, such as car batteries. The NRH271 series has a single output, while the NRH272 has two redundant outputs. In addition, NRH272 also includes two independent measurement circuits, each with its own power supply, which means it can easily meet the requirements of high-performance and critical applications. In addition, both models include onboard diagnostic functionality, which means that once an internal sensor error is detected, the output can be switched to a predefined state. In addition, the polarity of each analog output can be independently set. The fully enclosed design has excellent performance in terms of waterproofing, dust prevention, impact resistance, vibration resistance, and temperature resistance, which means that the sensor is suitable for use in harsh road and off road vehicle environments. The connection method can be selected from industry standard AMP Superseal (IP68 protection level) or Deutsch DT04 series (IP67 protection level) connectors, or simple fly wires connected to the client. Sensors can also provide protective conduits for wiring.
