The main reason is that PCCP pipelines are deeply buried underground, with large spatial dimensions and long spans, making it difficult to visually observe their broken wires or obtain their location. Excavating pipelines to detect broken wires will affect the operation of water pipelines. Therefore, non-destructive testing is very important. Traditionally, point based sensing structures have been widely used and are susceptible to electromagnetic interference. 4、 Functional Features
1canReal time recording of the number of broken threads in each section of the pipeline, determining the remaining bearing capacity of the pipeline, and then issuing a pipe burst warning based on the pressure/strain monitoring results inside the pipeline.
2. The system monitors high-frequency acoustic signals based on Michelson interference principle, identifies broken wire signals, synchronously monitors low-frequency signals based on backward Rayleigh scattering principle, and locates broken wire signals.

Based on the results of wire breakage monitoring, the nonlinear finite element analysis method is used to calculate the remaining bearing capacity and deformation of the pipeline structure, and then a pipe burst warning is made according to the pressure/strain monitoring results inside the pipeline.
