1、 Product Introduction
At present, we can use distributed fiber optic sensing technology to detect leaks in new long-distance heating pipelines. So, how can we detect leaks in old pipelines and heating networks? We can install MH-P30B in the form of an array along the heating pipeline (with intervals of about 500 meters)Thermal pipeline leak monitoring hydrophone with high temperature resistancetypeImplemented with high-frequency pressure sensors, real-time pressure transients along the thermal pipeline and underwater acoustic data inside the pipeline are collected through hydrophones and high-frequency pressure sensors. By using a remote data terminal (RTU) for wired or wireless transmission, the data collected in the pipeline is stored, analyzed, and classified by sending it up to the server within the management station. Afterwards, the system will analyze the collected data from multiple dimensions to deepen the health monitoring of the pipeline.

3、 Installation instructions
MH-P30BThermal pipeline leak monitoring hydrophone with high temperature resistancetypeFrom the installation method, it can be divided into valve branch pipe opening welding installation and main pipeline exhaust valve installation. The on-site equipment installation structure consists of hydrophones, high-frequency pressure sensors, small exhaust valves, and supporting installation components. The function of the small exhaust valve is to automatically operate when there is pressure inside the pipeline, and to discharge the small amount of air accumulated during normal operation of the pipeline at any time, ensuring that the hydrophone can come into contact with water. For some installation locations that are easily accessible, sensors pose a risk of theft. At these high-risk installation sites, customized sensor lockable protective covers can be used to ensure the safety of the sensors.
