1、 System composition
MH-STC100Pipeline Leakage Hydrophone Listening and Sensing System Intelligent Water Supply SystemIt is composed of front-end hydrophone sensors, data acquisition and transmission devices, and monitoring software, distributed in the form of hydrophone arrays on long-distance pipelines, used for monitoring pipeline bursts, pressure transients (water hammer monitoring), and leakage (leakage) monitoring. RTU communication uses Internet of Things technology to insert into the operator's SIM card, communicates through 3/4G wireless transmission, and transmits information to the pump station backend system for unified management.

3、 Monitoring software
1. Online recording displays the pressure change curve of water hammer and the sound signal of leakage, realizes alarm, and determines the source and location of pressure transient;
2. Capable of achieving small leakage monitoring and alarm at a rate of 5 liters per minute, determining the leakage location through clock synchronization technology, with an accuracy of ≤ 30 meters;
3. Pipeline abnormal event management, complete and accurate understanding of the operation status of the water supply system, and real-time monitoring of the working status of the exhaust valve through hydrophone data;
4. The system can quickly identify problems in the water supply system, improve the reliability and safety of pipeline operation, achieve water supply scheduling based on water supply pressure, and automatically detect operational abnormalities in a timely manner, thereby improving the efficiency and level of scheduling management.
