Introduction to Balanced Connecting Rod Vibration Conveyor
The PLS type fully balanced connecting rod vibration conveyor is a type of vibration conveyor developed on the basis of the double mass resonance type. It uses a conveying tank with equal mass to move relative to the balancing body (or conveying tank). When using the conveying tank as the balancing body, it can simultaneously transport materials in both directions. The conveying tank body and the balance body (or conveying tank body) are connected by a swing rod, and a rubber hinge is provided at the middle position of the swing rod. The bracket is supported on the foundation through the rubber hinge. When the machine is running, the two vibrating bodies vibrate in opposite directions due to the swing of the guiding pendulum around the midpoint. When the masses of two masses are equal, the inertial forces generated by the two masses are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, and their inertial forces are balanced, so it is called a "balanced" vibrating conveyor.
