Introduction:

The PZ573H umbrella gear knife type gate valve is a pneumatic driven, clamp type connection, rising stem parallel rigid single gate valve. The valve seat sealing surface is made of hard alloy and polytetrafluoroethylene. The models are PZ573X, PZ573H, PZ573F, PZ573Y, with a nominal pressure of PN10~16. The valve body material is carbon steel (PZ573H-10C/16C), stainless steel (PZ573F-10P/16P, PZ573Y-10P/16P), and it is a gate valve with slag discharge function. The PZ573H umbrella gear knife type gate valve adopts a fully circular channel design, and is equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene and a scraper at the upper end of the blade. A wear-resistant folded cone made of polymer grease or Ni containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve, and multiple flushing ports can be set around the valve body. The bottom of the blade is processed into a cutting edge with high smoothness, ensuring good sealing.

It is an ideal sealed valve. Knife gate valves are particularly suitable for regulating and throttling pipelines in the paper industry. PZ573H Umbrella Gear Knife Gate Valve: Multiple flushing ports can be set around the valve body as needed, which can be directly flushed with air, steam or water to prevent sediment from gradually accumulating. It is particularly suitable for fluids with difficult input.

1. Adopting a clamp type structure, it has a small volume, light weight, low flow resistance, and is easy to install and maintain.

2. A completely open channel can prevent the medium from depositing inside the valve.

3. The newly developed U-shaped sealing ring can ensure good sealing performance of the valve.

4. The external sealing of the gate is achieved by a sealing strip with elasticity embedded in the valve body, which can be adjusted with the help of screws and pressure plates.
