Product Overview:
PZL73 chain wheel clamp type knife gate valve has an ultra short structural length, saving materials and greatly reducing the overall weight of the pipeline system. Occupying a small effective space, it can effectively support the strength of the pipeline and reduce the possibility of pipeline vibration. The gate is made of austenitic stainless steel, which greatly improves its corrosion resistance and can effectively prevent sealing leakage caused by gate corrosion.
Product Features:
1. Adopting a fully circular channel design, the bottom end of the blade is processed into a cutting edge with high smoothness, ensuring good sealing.
2. Polytetrafluoroethylene and a scraper are installed on the upper end of the blade to prevent abrasive substances such as dust and gravel from entering the packing box.
3. The wear-resistant folding cone made of polymer grease or Ni containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve, which can prevent particle materials from directly flushing on the seal, thereby improving working conditions and extending the service life.
4. According to the needs, multiple flushing ports can be set around the valve body, which can be directly flushed with air, steam or water to prevent sediment from gradually accumulating. It is particularly suitable for fluids with difficult input.
5. Knife type gate valves have a compact design, small space occupation, light weight, easy installation, complete wear-resistant and anti blocking measures, easy maintenance, and long service life. Widely meet the usage requirements and working conditions of papermaking, pulp industry, industrial and urban sewage treatment, chemical plants, fly ash treatment, bulk material transportation, food and beverage industry under harsh environmental conditions.

1. Before installation, it is necessary to check the valve chamber and sealing surface, and no dirt or sand particles are allowed to adhere to them;
2. The bolts at each connection point should be tightened evenly;
3. Check the filling position and ensure that it is tightly pressed to ensure both the sealing of the filling and the flexibility of the gate opening;
4. Before installing the valve, users must verify the valve model, connection size, and pay attention to the flow direction of the medium to ensure consistency with the valve requirements;
5. Users must reserve necessary space for valve actuation when installing valves;
6. The wiring of the driving device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram;
7. Knife type gate valves must be regularly maintained and must not be bumped or squeezed at will to avoid affecting the sealing.
