Plant liquid deodorization is the process of extracting sap from natural plants, making it into a working liquid, and spraying it into the space of sedimentation tanks, biological tanks, and other areas through atomizing nozzles placed on the edges of the tank (or wall). These small droplets that diffuse in space have a large specific surface area and surface energy. The liquid surface can effectively adsorb odor molecules and also change the structure of odor molecules, weaken the chemical bonds in odor molecules, increase their reactivity, and easily react chemically with other molecules to generate non-toxic and odorless organic salts. H2S can generate SO42- and H2O, while NH3 can generate N2 and H2O. Decompose and eliminate these emitted odors before they are released to the surrounding area.

After being diluted by an automatic proportional diluter, the plant liquid is transported to the nozzle located in the odor control area through atomization control equipment and pipeline system, and atomized into a fine mist with a particle size of 10-40 microns, which is evenly dispersed in the control area space. After the plant liquid fine mist comes into contact with odor molecules in the air, it undergoes a series of reactions such as absorption, nucleophilic addition, catalytic oxidation, and chemical synthesis to achieve the goal of removing odor.
