Due to the particularity of the pressure swing adsorption device, a large number of programmable valves are required to operate frequently. Programmable valves are important components for the pressure swing adsorption device to complete the process, and are also key equipment for the device to achieve normal operation and reliable work. Therefore, the operating indicators and requirements of program-controlled valves are much higher than those of general valves. In addition to good sealing performance and fast opening and closing speed, they must also be able to withstand pressure fluctuations and fatigue resistance under frequent actions. Our company produces professional pressure swing adsorption program control valves. The valve body adopts imported fatigue stress analysis and calculation software from abroad to perform point by point stress analysis and calculation for different nominal pressures (PN1.6-6.3MPa grade and different nominal diameters (DN15-350mm diameter). The design and manufacturing of the valve body are carried out according to the requirements of the adsorption tower.

The spool shaft of this valve is equipped with a sleeve and a travel sleeve. The sleeve and travel sleeve are combined with a sealing ring to form an unloading chamber, which is connected to the balance small hole on the spool shaft. The square of the outer diameter of the travel sleeve and the square of the outer diameter of the stepped small shaft of the spool shaft are equal to the square of the outer diameter of the spool shaft. Thus achieving a balance of all medium pressures acting on the valve. But the disadvantage of this is that the valve stem is relatively long, and due to the holes in both the axial and radial directions, the strength of the valve core shaft is relatively poor. If compressed air is used as the driving force, the strength will not meet the requirements. In addition, due to the requirement that the outer diameter d3 of the valve core shaft is equal to the intermediate diameter d4 of the valve sealing belt, and the outer diameter d3 of the valve core shaft cannot be made very large

Therefore, this fully unloaded high-pressure manual shut-off valve is generally only suitable for high-pressure pipelines with smaller diameters. In addition, due to multiple connections from the handle to the valve core shaft, it is prone to leakage in practice.

3. When the valve is used in both forward and reverse directions, it has the same sealing pair pressure ratio, which increases the service life of the sealing gasket and reduces the actuator, resulting in a reduction in the overall volume of the valve.

4. Intuitive and reliable on-site indication of valve position status, equipped with valve position detection signal device, can achieve remote signal transmission function;

5. Reliable external seal: using hollow V-shaped packing, with good self sealing performance. The filler is made of carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene material, with added anti friction components to improve wear resistance. The packing group has a spring compensation structure, which can automatically compensate for the wear of the packing. After more than 20 years of use, it has been proven that the sealing structure of this packing group is very reliable and has a long service life;

6. Sealing gasket: Use PEEK sealing gasket. It is a polymer material with high hardness, mechanical strength, and good resilience. The use of this sealing gasket greatly improves the lifespan of the valve;

7. Anti erosion structure: There may be a certain amount of impurities in the gas medium in the process pipeline. Under the push of high-speed airflow, these impurities will quickly gather and erode the sealing plate. After a certain period of time, the sealing gasket of a typical valve structure may have some pits, causing internal leakage of the valve. This valve is designed with a sealing plate anti scouring device, which can flush over 95% of the gas onto the anti scouring device and provide a certain guiding effect on the gas flow direction to protect the sealing plate. The use of this anti erosion device and sealing plate can effectively ensure that the service life of the sealing plate reaches more than 1 million switches.

What aspects should be paid attention to when installing pneumatic program-controlled globe valves

1. When installing the valve, pay attention to the flow direction of the medium and install it strictly in the direction indicated by the valve flow arrow.

2. Valves can be installed at any position in pipelines, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected based on the medium and its temperature.

3. J641H pneumatic programmable shut-off valve should be installed vertically as much as possible, with the valve stem facing upwards.

4. Handwheels, handles, and micro motion mechanisms are not allowed for lifting purposes.
