Polypropylene chemical barrel
PP storage tanks are made of polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (PPH), and pure polyethylene (linear low-density polyethylene LLDPE, high-density polyethylene HDPE) as raw materials. They are formed as a whole using a special rolling molding process, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, anti-corrosion, long service life, light weight, high strength, safe transportation, and convenient maintenance. The working pressure of PP storage tank is atmospheric pressure, the working temperature is PP-10 ℃~120 ℃, and PVC-40 ℃~60 ℃. PP storage tank has the advantages of one-step forming without welding joint, impact resistance, aging resistance, light weight, no leakage, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, and compliance with health standards.
PP storage tanks, PVC welded storage tanks, and steel lined rubber storage tanks have a service life and impact resistance that is more than three times that of ordinary fiberglass storage tanks. They can replace metal storage tanks such as stainless steel, nickel, and titanium in a considerable range and are the practical new generation of high-efficiency chemical liquid corrosion-resistant storage and transportation equipment today. The scale and quality of PP storage tanks produced by Shuangyi Environmental Protection have significantly improved, making a huge contribution to the reform of plastic storage tanks in China's chemical industry and the development of China's chemical industry.
PP storage tanks have excellent chemical corrosion resistance and good corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts (excluding oxidizing media). Common PP storage tank solutions include dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, phosphoric acid, ammonia water, etc. When most manufacturers of the same type still rely on manual welding processing equipment for PP storage tanks, we use a combination of various welding processes such as German imported hot melt automatic collision welding machines and automatic welding guns to significantly improve welding strength while eliminating the impact of employee emotional fluctuations and empiricism on equipment quality.
The molding process of polypropylene storage tanks adopts the collision welding and tape winding technology, and the quality reaches the domestic level. The main processes include tank collision welding, external welding, tape winding, and pipe installation.
1、 Tank body collision welding winding production with tape winding
Tank collision welding is the process of using a fully automatic plastic splicing machine to process polypropylene sheets into tank shapes. The system adopts microcomputer control and automatically splices according to the heating and welding principle of polypropylene sheets.

2、 External welding production
External welding is a process that uses imported automatic extrusion welding units to achieve one-time welding of large weld seams in high stress areas of storage tanks. Melt new polypropylene pellets with the same properties as the kettle body at the large weld seam, integrating them with the bottom and body of the tank.

3、 Wrapping production with tape
Tape winding is the most important process of using collision welding tape winding technology, and its main function is to increase the strength of polypropylene storage tanks. The simple understanding is to wrap a layer of 120 * 4mm polypropylene sheet around the outer surface of the completed polypropylene storage tank.

The installation of the pipe opening is the final process, equivalent to a reduced version of bottom welding. It involves using an imported small automatic extrusion welding unit to weld the connecting pipe and flange into shape, then using a hole opener to open the corresponding diameter on the kettle body, and finally using the German MUNSCH handheld extrusion welding.
