Manual for Electric Oil Bucket Pump
Overview
The electric suction pump (oil drum pump, plug-in) is a replica of the original machine imported from Germany by our company. All technical specifications can reach the level of the prototype, and derivative products have been developed based on the prototype to extract different liquids for different usage scenarios. This series of pumps is a lightweight tubular axial flow pump with high efficiency and easy use and maintenance. The electric liquid extraction pump can be directly inserted into the material bucket (maximum used for steel buckets that comply with CB/325-1991 standards) to extract liquid from the bucket. Widely used in enterprises and institutions such as chemical, petrochemical, fine chemical, dye chemical, environmental protection, water treatment, medicine, food, etc. (for extracting beverages, stainless steel and other materials are selected, and various types of medium bodies are extracted. Electric time is suitable for small and medium-sized oil, oil, oil refineries, gas stations, agricultural machinery stations, vehicles, ships, etc., and is an ideal tool for transporting kerosene, diesel, engine oil, etc. This series of pumps can be selected according to explosion-proof and non explosion-proof areas. If used in flammable and explosive environments, our company's explosion-proof electric wave pump can be selected. When using explosion-proof electric pump, relevant regulations of CB38361-2 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments" should be followed and explosion-proof plugs and sockets should be used correctly
Characteristics and Applications
Explosion proof products are suitable for flammable and explosive workplaces with explosion-proof capabilities up to level B and ignition temperatures not lower than T4 group. They are safe, reliable, and structurally sound
Characteristics such as advanced technology, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. This product complies with the requirements of international CB3836.1-83 "General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", GB3836.2-83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" d ", and CB3883.1-83" Safety of Handheld Electric Tools ". After strict testing by the National Coal Mine Explosion proof Safety Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center, we have obtained the Explosion proof Inspection Certificate.
The above listed products have undergone strict testing by the explosion-proof inspection station in accordance with the 3836.2-83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" d "standard, and the results meet the requirements for factory use explosion-proof (dll-BT4) equipment. Explosion proof electric liquid pump is suitable for extracting flammable and explosive materials such as gasoline and benzene
Safety maintenance and usage instructions
Before connecting the power supply to the liquid pump, please read the following instructions first
Safety Instructions
1. In addition to following this instruction, it is also necessary to strictly comply with the relevant provisions of GB3883.1-83 "Safety Management, Use, Inspection, and Maintenance of Handheld Electric Tools".
2. This product can only be used within a voltage range of ± 10% of its rated value
3. Avoid installing wires in places with water or oil. When using this pump, avoid damaging electricity and avoid connecting oil, water, and electrical parts such as motor switches
touch
4. Suddenly, before the electrical connection, the "" (burning)
Work under sexual gas conditions to ensure safe production and the normal operation of various electrical components. 5. Do not use power cords, do not arbitrarily extend or replace power cords, do not pull power cords or scratch, cut, or crush them. 6. For explosion-proof pumps, special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts when replacing the power supply or repairing them, so as not to damage or scratch them. When repairing or replacing the electricity, the motor should be turned on to clean the internal cavity of carbon powder, oil corrosion, etc.
7. Use the plug correctly. The explosion-proof motor power cord does not have a plug at one end, and the user can choose the appropriate plug by themselves. There are two special points to note: A If using a plug and socket in explosive and flammable areas, it must be in accordance with explosion-proof regulations and set in a normal place far away from explosive and flammable areas. A 220V5A triangular plug can be used, with one long foot as the grounding pin.
B. Regardless of the type of plug used, it must be reliably grounded. The yellow green core wire at one end of the power cord is the grounding wire. After proper connection, it is also necessary to check whether there is electrical continuity between the pump casing and the grounding pin, and its resistance should not be greater than 1 ohm.
8. Prohibited places: Cannot be used in special environments such as wet, snowy, and places with sexual gases
Instructions for Use
1. Use specified voltage: The line voltage should not exceed 10% of the specified value on the nameplate of the pumping pump before use. How to equip: After opening the box, assemble according to the structural diagram, connect the motor (4), tighten and lock the handwheel (10) to make the pump body and motor integrated, and then connect the engraved water outlet (11). (Refer to the sectional schematic diagram)
3. Before use, check that all components are in good condition before starting up for use.
4. The test run of this pump without liquid should not exceed 2 seconds. When using, stop the pump immediately after extraction, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of impeller seals, bearings, etc. It is also possible to wear out the pump tube, as the no-load speed of the pump motor can reach over 20000 revolutions per minute.
5. If the electrical loss reaches about 6 meters, it cannot be used and needs to be replaced in a timely manner (replacing both brushes at the same time will cause poor contact between the electricity and the device, resulting in damage. Damaging the commutator may even burn out the armature in severe cases).
6. Do not use in the following situations. If insulation damage, power cord or cable sheath rupture, plug and socket cracking or poor contact, intermittent operation, serious sparks or other faults are found during use, and the motor housing is damaged, immediate repair should be carried out. Do not use until repaired. 7. To prevent overload, in case of abnormal or reduced speed during use, the machine should be stopped immediately to check if there are any debris stuck in the impeller or if the motor has malfunctioned. When the pump brakes due to a problem, the power must be cut off immediately.
8. When transporting liquids containing glue or acid, they should be cleaned with clean water before being placed. Otherwise, if the glue solidifies, it will not be able to operate and may seriously damage the motor and other parts
document
9. Use tools with care and timely maintenance, and handle all tapping pumps carefully to avoid impact
maintenance and repair
1. Regularly add grease. The electric pumping pump rotates at high speed, and the lubricating grease is easy to evaporate. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the lubrication at the bearing clean and pay attention to adding grease
Change. 2. Regular inspection and maintenance are required for electric pumping pumps. It is necessary to check the power lines, including internal connections, plugs, switches, insulation resistance, loose brush tailstock, good contact between commutator and brush, short circuits or open circuits in armature or stator windings, and damage to bearings and rotating parts.
3. Ensure that each part is the same as the replacement part. When disassembling and inspecting this pump, each part should be stored properly, and special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof parts to prevent damage, including insulation pads and sleeves. If there is damage, new identical parts must be replaced, and substitute materials with lower performance than the original materials or parts with different specifications should not be used. During assembly, all parts should be installed in their original positions without omission. 4. Pay attention to insulation resistance. For electric pumps that have been unused for a long time or used in humid environments, the insulation resistance of the winding must be measured with a 500 volt megohmmeter before use. When the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, the winding must be dried. 5. Electric liquid pumps should be inspected regularly, usually once every six months, and those that are frequently used should be inspected every three months to eliminate internal dust and oil stains. If there is too much dust on the commutator, the surface of the commutator can be cleaned with alcohol. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced with the same parts.
