3. Measure the insulation strength of the motor If it is below 5m Ω, it may be due to the motor being damp or damaged. If it's just damp After the motor has been running for a period of time, it can drive the tide by itself; otherwise The electric motor must be repaired or replaced To avoid damage to the pump caused by poor operation.
4. Test start-up: jog the electric motor Adjust the motor direction to meet the requirements.
5. Open the suction pipeline valve Inject the liquid into the pump body. The installation position of the pump is higher than the horizontal position A bottom valve can be installed at the suction pipe end Close before starting Fill the pump casing with the pumped liquid (for those with a short suction path, start washing water for the first time. 8. Short term parking If the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the liquid To empty the liquid. Long term parking The pump trench should be properly stored after washing and oiling.

1. 2. If a fault is found, work should be stopped immediately and checked.
Product introduction: W-type vortex pump is a single-stage cantilever vortex pump, with the inlet and outlet directions of the pump being vertically upward. The vortex impeller can move freely along the axial direction on the shaft to ensure that the axial clearance between the impeller, pump body, and pump cover is equal on both sides, and the clearance can be adjusted with paper pads. The shaft seal of the pump is divided into two types: packing and single end mechanical seal. The pump and the motor are mounted on a common base. The W-type vortex pump is used to transport liquids with a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+80 ℃, viscosity not exceeding 5E, non corrosive, and no solid particles. This pump has the characteristics of small size, light weight, generous appearance, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for industrial production water in chemical, petroleum, textile, power, and other factories and mines, boiler water supply, heating water supply, high-rise buildings, fire protection, and heat removal circulation water supply. Maintenance and upkeep of W vortex pump:
(1) Check whether there is any looseness in the vortex pump pipeline and joint. Rotate the vortex pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, and observe that the oil level is at the centerline of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
(3) Unscrew the water inlet plug of the vortex pump body and inject water (or slurry).
(4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.
(5) Tap the motor and try to see if the motor direction is correct.
(6) Start the motor, when the vortex pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see if they display appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load condition at the same time.
(7) Try to control the flow rate and head of the vortex pump within the range indicated on the label as much as possible to ensure that the vortex pump operates at the rate point and achieve maximum energy-saving effect.
(8) During the operation of the vortex pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed 35C of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80C.
(9) If any abnormal sound is found in the vortex pump, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
(10) When the vortex pump needs to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
(11) Within the first month of operation, the vortex pump needs to change the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then every 500 hours thereafter.
(12) Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure normal dripping inside the packing chamber (preferably in droplets).
(13) Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it promptly if there is significant wear.
(14) When using a vortex pump in the cold winter season, after parking, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body should be unscrewed to drain the medium completely. Prevent frost cracking.
(15) If the vortex pump is not used for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, dry off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, and store them properly
