Powder cyclone recycling equipmentMainly used in the process of electrostatic powder spraying on workpieces. Due to the fact that a large portion of the powder is not fully utilized after spraying, if not treated in a timely manner, it will not only cause air pollution but also waste resources. This device can effectively recover and reuse powder that has not been sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece.

The workpiece running with the chain, during the powder spraying process in the powder spraying chamber, the powder that is not adsorbed by the workpiece falls to the bottom of the powder spraying chamber. The mushroom head reverse blowing device at the bottom of the powder spraying chamber blows the powder to the recovery port. The powder is sucked into the large cyclone separator for primary recovery with the airflow. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the airflow separates the powder from the air, separates the larger diameter powder and screens it, and then automatically returns to the powder supply bucket for continued use.
The remaining fine powder after separation is fed into the secondary recovery system, separated by filtration, and the clean air is discharged. The ultrafine powder recovered in the secondary stage cannot be recycled and should be cleaned regularly.

4. The conical bucket below the cyclone is positioned higher, making it easier for cleaning personnel to stand under the cyclone for cleaning.
