The SBW series prefabricated temperature transmitter (customized size) integrates temperature sensing elements (thermistor or thermocouple) with signal conversion and amplification units to measure the temperature of liquids, vapors, and other gas media or solid surfaces within the range of -200~1600 ℃ in various process flows. Usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and various control systems. 1、 Product Overview

1. Linearized output4-20mA standard constant current signal, signal circuit self powered, low power consumption.

2. The instrument adopts epoxy resin casting technology inside, which can be installed in harsh environments and effectively improves the transmitter's ability to prevent explosion, shock, moisture, heat, and harmful gas erosion.

3. Current output, with strong remote transmission capability.

4. The thermocouple transmitter itself has cold end compensation and does not require external compensation wires or other compensation measures.

5. Output high impedance, large signal, no RF interference, and have power polarity reverse protection circuit.

3、 Working principle

The temperature transmitter uses thermocouples and thermistors as temperature measuring elements. The output signal from the temperature measuring element is sent to the transmitter module, which undergoes voltage stabilization filtering, operational amplification, and nonlinear correctionAfter being processed by circuits such as V/I conversion, constant current, and reverse protection, it is converted into a 4-20mA current signal output that is linearly related to temperature.

5、 Installation precautions

The power supply of this product must not have spikes, and the calibration of the transmitter should be done before powering onAfter 5 minutes, pay attention to the ambient temperature at that time. Please do not open the transmitter cover at will to avoid moisture. The power and signal output should be transmitted using shielded cables, and the crimping nut should be tightened to ensure airtightness. Be sure to use a wrench or other tool to tighten the nut during installation, and do not directly twist the meter head by hand to prevent breaking the internal wiring of the transmitter.
