Probe for use in hydrogen peroxide environment of Rohatyn HC2-SM-HH

Probe used in hydrogen peroxide environment: sterilized with hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is used for disinfecting cleanrooms, incubators, and other equipment. In this process, the air humidity is saturated through spray, resulting in the formation of micro gel on all object surfaces. Hydrogen peroxide will kill all microorganisms. Then H 2 O 2 is mechanically recovered or naturally decomposed into harmless H 2 O or O 2 within 48 hours. The humidity level during the application process is crucial for the effectiveness of the process.

Standard humidity sensors are difficult to accurately measure in high concentration H2O2 environments. Hydrogen peroxide will occupy the micropores on the surface of the sensor to affect water vapor measurement. That's why ROTRONIC has developed a special sensor called HYGROMER ® HH-1。 Compared to standard sensors, the lifespan of sensors is greatly extended.
