II Installation, operation, and maintenance
The "Operation and Maintenance Manual" is an important component of this equipment, and operators and maintenance personnel must be able to read it at any time.
The owner, operator, and maintenance personnel of the equipment must be very familiar with this manual.
Manufacturers have the right to make necessary improvements to product assembly, parts, and accessories based on production and market needs without prior notice, provided that the basic performance of the equipment remains unchanged. Manufacturers are also not obligated to update this manual in order to improve the actual product.

B Precautions
Attention: Viscous or corrosive materials may corrode various components of the valve, affecting normal operation and thereby damaging the pressure safety valve. If VPS valves are used to control viscous or corrosive materials, or if malfunctions or damages are caused by other human factors, it is not within the manufacturer's scope of responsibility.

Attention: VPS valves cannot be used to control toxic and harmful materials!!

All other necessary measures should be taken in accordance with the corresponding safety regulations to prevent the release of toxic and harmful materials into the environment. This is extremely important because materials will escape when VPS is activated.

The factory design and installation personnel are responsible for designing and installing all necessary protective devices to avoid endangering personal safety or damaging other equipment in the factory due to damage or deformation of the equipment or its components

After receiving the equipment, please refer to the order confirmation letter, * *, and the order code on the packaging to confirm the purchased equipment
After the goods arrive, before unloading them, they should be inspected according to the delivery note and order receipt;
If any component is damaged during transportation, the claim should be immediately stated on the waybill and the shipper should be required to sign to confirm the damage. And immediately send/fax the confirmed invoice back to the shipper.
To avoid damage, the goods should be handled with great care during unloading and transportation; The provided lifting ring should be used to lift the valve body; The valve is assembled in the factory, packaged in cardboard boxes with connecting pipes for installation inside.

E Installation
The VPS valve has been assembled and tested before leaving the factory

E1 Preparation Work
Open the packaging;
Check the connection of the lifting ring;
Place the connecting pipe on the hole at the top of the silo;
After aligning with the hole, weld the connecting pipe to the silo to make it horizontal (Figure 3);
Note: The lower cylinder in the cardboard box is not firmly connected to the upper cylinder. When welding, the lower cylinder must be removed separately and welded to the silo!!! After welding, firmly connect it to the upper cylinder.
