When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should appear as a spherical surface at both the inlet and outlet, thereby cutting off the flow. Conversely, when the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should appear as a through-hole, allowing the medium to pass through. The full bore spherical cavity provides a low resistance, straight channel for the medium. The quick rotation of the pneumatic actuator by 90 degrees can instantly close the ball valve tightly, and the direct connection between the actuator and the valve body reduces the probability of failure. The flange connected pipeline can maintain good sealing performance, facilitate maintenance and replacement, and facilitate the closure of the pipeline.
