The outer shell of the fluorine lined DC globe valve is precision cast using investment casting, with high strength and a smooth appearance. The internal cavity, valve body, valve cover, valve disc and other components in contact with the liquid (i.e. chemical medium flow components) are all lined or coated with excellent corrosion-resistant materials (fluoroplastics). The molding process technology is used to make the valve have both the strength and corrosion resistance of metal. The valve seat adopts integral polymer as the sealing material, which has excellent sealing performance over a wide temperature and pressure range; The opening and closing element (valve disc) is a valve driven by the valve stem and moves up and down along the central axis of the valve seat. It is mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline, but cannot be used for throttling. Preferably, the contact surface is provided with a valve disc sealing surface.

By adopting the above technical solution, the sealing effect between the valve disc and the straight through flow channel can be improved. The axis of the stem of the globe valve is perpendicular to the sealing surface of the valve seat. The valve stem has a relatively short opening or closing stroke and a very reliable cutting action, making this type of instrument valve very suitable for cutting off, regulating, and throttling media. Once the valve disc of the globe valve is in the open position, there is no longer contact between its valve seat and the sealing surface of the valve disc, and it has a very reliable cutting action. Therefore, this type of instrument valve is very suitable for cutting off, regulating, and throttling media. Once the globe valve is in the open state, there is no longer contact between its valve seat and valve disc sealing surface, so its sealing surface has less mechanical wear. As most globe valves have valve seats and discs that are relatively easy to repair or replace, there is no need to remove the entire instrument valve from the pipeline. This is very suitable for situations where the instrument valve and pipeline are welded together. When the medium passes through this type of instrument valve, the flow direction changes, so the flow resistance of the globe valve is higher than that of other instrument valves.
Globe valves have the characteristics of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke, and are widely used in highly corrosive environments such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, steel smelting, papermaking, hydropower, and environmental protection.

Compared with gate valves, globe valves have a simpler structure and are easier to manufacture and maintain.

There are three structural forms of globe valves: straight through type, direct flow type, and angle type. Among them, straight through type is the most commonly used, angle type can be installed at the corner of the pipeline system, and direct flow type has the smallest flow resistance among globe valves.

Product features of fluorine lined DC globe valve:
1. The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure to prevent the possibility of internal components rushing out of the valve body due to pressure fluctuations in the pipeline. The structure is compact and safe to use.
2. Ensuring that the pipeline medium does not come into direct contact with the valve housing material and has corrosion resistance, it is an ideal valve for transporting corrosive liquids in chemical, pharmaceutical, electronic, environmental protection, petrochemical, crude oil, and natural gas pipelines.
3. It has a compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and a stroke of generally 70% of the nominal diameter. It is widely used as a cut-off medium in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries. However, plastic lined globe valves are strictly prohibited from being used for flow regulation to prevent high-speed medium flow generated at the throttle from eroding and damaging the sealing surface.

Fluorine lined globe valves are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and polytetrafluoroethylene has unparalleled excellent performance. In addition to molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine, and aromatic hydrocarbons, they exhibit random reactions in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, organic acids, strong oxidants, alternating concentrated and dilute acids, alternating bases, and various organic solvents. Lining polytetrafluoroethylene on the inner wall of the valve not only overcomes the disadvantage of low strength of polytetrafluoroethylene material, but also solves the shortcomings of poor corrosion resistance and high cost of imported valve body materials. In addition, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) not only has excellent chemical stability, but also has good anti fouling and anti adhesion properties. Its dynamic and static friction coefficient values are extremely small and similar, and it has good anti friction and lubrication performance. When used as a sealing pair for valve opening and closing components, it is necessary to reduce the friction between the sealing surfaces, reduce the operating torque of the valve, and improve the service life of the product. Its application range can also be extended to the food and pharmaceutical industries.
1. The flange cover plate of the fluorine lined globe valve cannot be opened at will unless it is prepared to be connected to the pipeline. Otherwise, the PTFE flange surface may be damaged, scratched or twisted due to temperature difference or foreign objects, which may affect the sealing. If the cover plate needs to be moved for inspection, it must be quickly repositioned after inspection to protect the PTFE flange surface.
When connecting fluorine lined globe valves with pipelines, gaskets are generally not used separately. However, when connecting with flange surfaces made of different materials (such as metal surfaces), appropriate gaskets should be used to protect the PTFE flange surface.
3. If the fluorine lined inlet shut-off valve leaks at high temperatures during system use, the system temperature should be lowered to room temperature first, and then the cause should be identified and repaired.
4. No high-temperature welding work is allowed on the fluorine lined globe valve to avoid damage to the lining layer.
5. Fluorine lined globe valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and stacking is strictly prohibited.
6. The sealing pair of the fluorine lined globe valve stored should be in a slightly separated state to avoid deformation of the sealing surface under pressure, which may affect the sealing performance and service life.
When manually operating the fluorine lined globe valve, it is not allowed to use other levers to forcefully open or close the valve.
When installing fluorine lined globe valves with directional requirements, attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium as indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and ensure easy operation and maintenance.
9. The repaired fluorine lined globe valve must be tested and qualified according to relevant standards before installation.
