There are three methods of cooling:

The dust will stick to the bag and block the holes of the bag, greatly reducing the cleaning effect and increasing resistance.

2. Water cooling: There are two methods. One is to spray water directly into the high-temperature flue gas for cooling, which can be used as a special spray cooling tower. The cross section wind speed of the cooling tower is generally 2-3.5 m/s. In order to prevent water mist from entering the cloth bag for removal? Dust collectors can use temperature control systems to regulate water volume. Another method is to use a cooling water pipeline installed in the pipeline that transports gas, which can avoid the problem of water mist entering the bag filter and corrosion. This method has strong cooling capacity and occupies less space, and water mist may be brought into the bag filter, causing it to become damp or corroded.
