BCP-100A Pump Surge Counter Operation Instructions

1. Overview
The pump stroke counter is used to measure the number of pump strokes to the compound mud pump and calculate the pump stroke per minute (i.e. pump stroke frequency), providing accurate information to the driller on the required amount and speed of mud to be injected into the wellbore. This equipment is an instrument used during the drilling process.
This BCP-100D pump impulse counter adopts an external power supply method, which can detect the rotational speed of the shaft end of the reciprocating mud pump, and measure and display pump impulse related data by setting a variable ratio value. The design of its outer shell adopts explosion-proof design, and the signal joint part adopts anti water explosion-proof joint, and uses an explosion-proof proximity switch that complies with NAMUR regulations and is used for special occasions as the signal source. The input signal is isolated from the host to achieve the purpose of detecting and displaying the stroke number and frequency of the mud pump. So the BCP-100D pump counter has moisture-proof, water-resistant, and explosion-proof properties.
