The pump stroke counter is used to measure the number of pump strokes and the frequency of pump strokes per minute (i.e., the frequency of pump strokes) of a reciprocating mud pump, providing accurate information on the amount and speed of mud injected into the wellbore for the driller. It is an instrument used during the drilling process. The BC-200A pump counter is an improved version of the BC-100 pump counter and is a replacement product for the BC-100 pump counter. It has an additional signal input channel compared to BC-100, and has added functions such as counting and accumulating single channel pump strokes, accumulating total pump strokes, and data memory during shutdown,. The sealing structure is adopted on the shell, the signal joint adopts a waterproof joint, and the button adopts a waterproof button, so the BC-200A pump counter has moisture-proof and waterproof performance. In a 12 hour waterproof test at a depth of 1m, there was no water ingress inside the BC-200A pump counter. 1、 Function: 1. Measure and switch the pump frequency of pump 1, pump 2, and pump 3, which can be switched through the "Select" button on the panel. 3. The total number of pump strokes (the sum of pump strokes for pump 1, pump 2, and pump 3). 4.
