Hyperbolic mixer is a new type of mixing device that can create large volume flow. Its design structure perfectly combines fluid characteristics and mechanical motion.
In addition, the structural characteristics of the hyperbolic impeller and its proximity to the bottom of the pool can effectively eliminate mixing dead corners and achieve ideal mixing effects in operation.
   2、 Working principle
The structural design of hyperbolic impellers perfectly combines fluid characteristics and mechanical motion. To cater to the flow of water, the design allows for vertical water intake from the center of the impeller, reducing turbulent flow and ensuring even pressure distribution on the impeller surface, thereby maintaining the balance of the impeller during operation. Multiple guide vanes are evenly distributed on the gradually opening surface, and the potential energy obtained by supplementing the inflow with the self weight of the water body and the kinetic energy formed by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller are utilized. Under the acceleration of gravity, the water body moves tangentially along the circumference of the impeller, and under the reflection of the pool wall, a bottom-up circulating water flow is formed, thus obtaining cross flow in the axial (y) and radial (x) directions. It is precisely due to the structural characteristics of the hyperbolic impeller and its proximity to the bottom of the pool that it can achieve a stirring effect during operation, effectively eliminating mixing dead corners.

4、 Product Features
1. The service area is large, the water area is deep, the circulation flow is large, the flow rate is high (average flow rate reaches 0.3m/s), the supporting power is small (energy consumption per cubic meter is only 2.5-3W, about 50% of traditional mixers), and the operating cost is low.
2. The underwater working part has no hidden faults, and the dry installation of the deceleration motor is easy to maintain and cost-effective.
3. It can work continuously or intermittently, and can also work normally when the water level changes.
4. The gravity effect of the water body and the elastic compensation effect of the rubber adjustment pad make the impeller rotate more smoothly.
5. Installation close to the bottom of the pool can generate three-dimensional circulation, with a soft water state, no mixing dead corners, and no sludge settling.
6. Suitable for harsh working environments, suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -10 to+45 ℃ (water not frozen).
7. The impeller is a closed disc-shaped structure with no entanglement during operation.
8. The impeller can rotate in the opposite direction at the appropriate time to further remove any mixing dead corners.
9. It can be installed without cleaning the pool, and maintenance can be carried out without cleaning the pool.
