The QBJ submersible mixing aerator developed with the design concept of application optimization, the QBJ series has good aeration and mixing effects, good durability, reliability, and economic benefits.
2、 Characteristics
1) High dissolved oxygen efficiency
The ejected air flows into the water of the corresponding aeration tank through the air tube and mixes with the water, effectively fusing the air/liquid.
Therefore, excellent oxygen dissolution can be achieved through the stirring effect of gas/liquid mixture formed by convection/microbubbles due to the high fusion effect of the outlet port and oxygen above.
2) Good mixing effect
The impeller is made of stainless steel material, and through dynamic and static balance, it achieves high-quality design and forms a strong stirring force with spiral, producing excellent stirring effect.
3) Easy modification of aeration or mixing applications
Choosing between aeration or agitation is convenient, as it can be easily handled by simply opening or closing the air control valve.

Adjusting the intake control valve can control the oxygen intake amount

3、 Purpose:
Mainly used for sewage, wastewater, and sludge treatment, it can also be applied for aeration and agitation in fish farming and pig farming.

4、 Install protective devices
The installation protection device consists of a motor fault alarm unit (monitoring unit) and internal thermal protection sensors and leakage sensors of the submersible aerator. When the motor temperature rises to 125 ℃ (or the bearing temperature reaches a certain value) or there is leakage (or moisture) in the mechanical seal chamber, the monitoring unit displays and simultaneously cuts off the power to stop the motor operation, thereby protecting the aerator from injury.
