Fully welded ball valves are mainly used in pipelines as flow direction switches for cutting, distributing, and changing. The Guocheng CGCV brand ball valve adopts a floating ball design, which tightly presses the sealing ring on the floating ball, and the pressure in the pipeline ensures the sealing inside and outside of the valve. Due to the perfect sealing performance design of Guocheng CGCV brand ball valves, the installation and maintenance costs are extremely low during installation and operation, and there are no spare parts that need to be replaced.

The integrated fully welded and sealed structure has no external leakage and is maintenance free for 15 years.
The ball processing process is tracked and detected by a computer detector to ensure high processing accuracy of the ball. The sealing ring is made of 25% carbon fiber and PTFE composite material, which is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, non deformable, and has zero leakage. The valve body and pipeline are made of the same material without uneven stress, which prevents deformation caused by * * and vehicle passing, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.
The direct buried welded ball valve can be directly buried underground by setting up a small shallow well on the ground, saving construction costs and time.

1. The integral welded valve body has no leakage.
2. The valve seat is composed of a carbonized PTFE sealing ring and a compensating spring, which has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, and never leaks within the marked pressure and temperature range.
3. The valve stem is sealed with replaceable double O-rings, and there is a PTFE thrust seal gasket between the valve stem shoulder and the valve stem chamber (which automatically seals when there is pressure inside the pipeline).
4. The valve body is made of the same material as the pipeline, which can avoid uneven stress and prevent deformation caused by earthquakes and vehicle passing.
