1、 Overview of Internal Thread Pneumatic Ball Valve Products
The internal thread pneumatic ball valves produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company are divided into integral, two-piece, and three piece types. The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. The internal thread pneumatic ball valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with reverse sealing, and the stem will not be impacted when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. A 90 ° switch positioning mechanism can be set, and locks can be added as needed to prevent accidental operation. Internal threaded pneumatic ball valves and pneumatic welded ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with PN ranging from 1.0 to 4.0 MPa and working temperatures of -29 to 180 ℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or -29 to 300 ℃ (with polystyrene sealing ring). They are used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. Different materials are selected, and internal threaded pneumatic ball valves can be used for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, ammonium salt water, and neutral water.
