The pneumatic high-pressure ball valves produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company are divided into three types: internal thread pneumatic high-pressure ball valves, welded pneumatic high-pressure ball valves, and flange pneumatic high-pressure ball valves. This valve can adopt intelligent control and positioning, and is matched with an electrical valve positioner. It can be controlled by inputting 4-20mADC signals and 0.4-0.7MPa gas source to adjust parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. It is powered by compressed air, and the valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90 degrees inside the valve body to achieve full open close action. Pneumatic high-pressure ball valves are divided into metal seals and soft seals based on their sealing performance. Pneumatic high-pressure ball valves have the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Pneumatic high-pressure ball valves are widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking, for remote centralized control or on-site control.
