The Q914 (5) F/PPL electric three-way internal thread ball valve of Shanghai Yuhu Company is a new type of electric three-way ball valve developed by integrating advanced technologies at home and abroad. The standard ball core has L-shaped and three-way double port holes. By changing the relative angle between the ball core and the pipeline, different combinations of fluid control can be achieved for the three pipelines; T-shaped channels can play a proportioning role and are suitable for adjusting and controlling the proportioning of liquids, gases, steam and other media. The electric three-way internal thread ball valve adopts YH type and YHQ type angular stroke electric actuators, powered by AC220V, AC380V or DC24V power supply voltage, and accepts current or voltage signals (4-20mA, or 1-5VDC) input from the industrial automation instrument control system to control operation and achieve proportional adjustment or two position switching control of the process medium.
The main features of the electric three-way internal thread ball valve are as follows:
(1) The electric three-way internal thread ball valve has two seat and four seat sealing structures, and the valve core hole has two structural forms: L-shaped and T-shaped. By controlling the rotation angle of the valve core and changing the connection state between the valve core hole and the pipeline port, different combinations of control for the three branch pipes can be achieved. The three-way ball valve has a large flow capacity and can control gases, liquids, and vapors, making it more suitable for controlling high viscosity, fibrous granular fluids. It is also suitable for occasions with strict sealing requirements.
(2) The two seat sealed three-way ball valve has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and good sealing performance, which can switch the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It can also connect or close two perpendicular channels.
(3) The four seat sealed three-way ball valve has a beautiful appearance and a compact and reasonable structure. It can not only switch the flow direction of the medium, but also connect the three channels to each other. At the same time, it can close any channel and connect the other two channels, flexibly controlling the merging or splitting of the medium in the pipeline.
(4) The T-shaped valve core hole can connect or switch three orthogonal pipelines to each other, playing a role in diversion or merging; The L-shaped channel connects two pipes that are orthogonal to each other. Cut off another channel to change the flow direction of the medium.
