According to customer requirements, electronic altimeters can be equipped, which can be controlled on-site, remotely or centrally. Conventional products are equipped with mechanical altimeters.

Structural features:

1. The dual-purpose flashlight hoist adopts screw spiral transmission to achieve the opening and closing of gates and weir gates. The transmission screws all adopt trapezoidal threads and are equipped with flat bearings, which have the characteristics of simple installation and maintenance, lightweight and flexible operation.

2. The electric hoist adopts a two-stage reduction system consisting of spur gears, worm gears, and worm gears to meet the working conditions of slow speed and high torque.

3. The stroke control machine adopts the principle of a ten point counter, with an error of 0.5% in controlling the stroke. The torque protection control is achieved by generating axial displacement through the worm gear to protect the electrical appliance.

4. According to environmental requirements, it can be divided into ordinary type, outdoor type, and explosion-proof type to meet different requirements.

5. The opening indicator adopts gear transmission, which is precise and reliable, and has opening and closing signal light indication.

Installation, adjustment and debugging of screw opening and closing machine:

The installation quality of the hoist affects its effectiveness and lifespan, so users must pay attention. The overall quality of the project (such as the verticality of the gate slot, the position of the gate installation lifting point, etc.) has a direct impact on the installation quality. Before installing the hoist, the user should carefully check the quality of the project to ensure that there are no errors before connecting it to the hoist for trial use.

Before formal operation, the following precautions should be taken:

1、 Remove surface dirt and dust, and add sufficient lubricating grease to each lubrication point;

2、 During installation, the concentricity between the machine and the gate should be ensured, with an error not exceeding 5mm;

3、 Install the machine and run it without load for two full cycles to check for any abnormalities;

4、 During the test drive, first lift by 100mm, check for any deformation of each component, and verify the sliding of the gate in the gate slot. Only after confirming that there are no errors can the lift continue. Check again every 0.5m of lift.
