1. Power on: After power on, the material level of the silo is displayed first. If it is at a low level, the alarm system will sound and light an alarm to prompt the worker to add medicine.

2. The precision feeder continuously feeds the screw conveyor during operation.

3. The inlet of the mixing tank is controlled by the liquid level. When the liquid level in the tank reaches the set ultra-high level, the inlet hydraulic control valve closes. A low liquid level alarm should be set up in the slurry pool and the infusion pump should be stopped.

4. The feeder adopts frequency conversion control, and the frequency of the feeder is controlled by the total inlet flow rate or manually based on water quality. The frequency of the feeder can be manually adjusted on the control system.

5. The entire control system is PLC controlled and can be remotely controlled (including the upper computer interface, programmed in VB, capable of remote monitoring of equipment 24 hours a day, collecting all fault signals, as well as upper computer fault reminders) and locally controlled.
