1. Working principle of two room RTO:
The organic waste gas is fed into the heat storage chamber 1 through a induced draft fan for heating, absorbing the heat stored in the heat storage body, and then entering the incineration chamber for further combustion, heating up to the set temperature (760 ℃). During this process, the organic components are decomposed into CO2 and H2O. Due to the absorption of heat recovered from the previous cycle by the exhaust gas in the heat storage chamber 1, fuel consumption is reduced.
The processed high-temperature exhaust gas enters the heat storage chamber 2 for heat exchange, and the heat is absorbed by the heat storage body before being discharged. The heat stored in the heat storage chamber 2 can be used to heat the newly input exhaust gas in the next cycle. After the process is completed, the system automatically switches the inlet and outlet valves to change the flow direction of the exhaust gas, allowing the organic exhaust gas to enter through the heat storage chamber 2, undergo incineration treatment, and be discharged after heat exchange in the heat storage chamber 1. This process alternates between continuous operation.

2. Working principle of three room RTO:
The organic waste gas enters the heat storage chamber 1 through the induced draft fan to absorb heat. After heating up, it enters the incineration chamber for further heating, causing the organic waste gas to continue to heat up until the organic components * decompose into CO2 and H2O. Due to the utilization of heat recovered by the heat storage body during the heating process of exhaust gas, fuel consumption is relatively low. After treatment, the exhaust gas leaves the combustion chamber and enters the heat storage chamber 2 to release heat before being discharged. The heat storage body of the heat storage chamber 2 absorbs heat and is used to heat the newly input low-temperature exhaust gas in the next cycle. At the same time, introduce partially purified gas to blow the heat storage chamber 3 for the next round of heat exchange. After the entire process is completed, switch the inlet and outlet valves. Gas enters from the heat storage chamber 2, is discharged from the heat storage chamber 3, and the heat storage chamber 1 is purged; In the following cycle, it switches to enter from heat storage chamber 3, discharge from heat storage chamber 1, and purge from heat storage chamber 2, and continues to operate alternately. In addition, in order to improve the utilization efficiency of thermal energy, a heat exchanger can be installed after the RTO incinerator to enhance the utilization of waste heat.

1. Thermal storage body
The thermal storage body is the heat carrier of the RTO system, which directly affects the thermal utilization efficiency of the RTO. Its main technical indicators are as follows:
(1) Thermal storage capacity: The larger the amount of heat that can be stored per unit volume of thermal storage material, the smaller the volume of the thermal storage chamber;
(2) Heat transfer rate: The thermal conductivity of a material can reflect the speed of heat transfer, and the higher the thermal conductivity, the faster the heat transfer;
(3) Thermal shock stability: The thermal storage body switches continuously between high and low temperatures multiple times, and under the condition of huge temperature differences and short-term changes, it is prone to deformation and fragmentation, blocking the airflow channel and affectingThermal storage effect;
(4) Corrosion resistance: The gas medium in contact with thermal storage materials is mostly highly corrosive, and the corrosion resistance will affect the service life of RTO.
2. Switching valve
The switching valve is a key component for circulating heat exchange in RTO incinerators, and it must be accurately switched at the specified time. Its stability and reliability are crucial. Due to the presence of a large amount of dust particles in the exhaust gas, frequent operation of the switching valve can cause wear and tear. When accumulated to a certain extent, problems such as poor valve sealing and slow operation speed may occur, greatly affecting the performance of use.
3. Burner
The main purpose of a burner is to prevent gas from mixing with fuel too quickly, which can result in localized high temperatures; But it cannot be mixed too slowly to cause secondary combustion or even incomplete combustion of the fuel. In order to ensure the combustion of fuel in low oxygen environments, it is necessary to consider the diffusion between fuel and gas, the mixing with exhaust gas in the furnace, and the angle and depth of the jet. These parameters should be accurately calculated at the beginning of the design based on actual process requirements, otherwise they will directly affect the incineration efficiency of RTO.
