The U260 series underground space intelligent inspection robot system is suitable for various high-risk, arduous, and labor-intensive scenarios, such as urban comprehensive pipe galleries, tunnels, bridges, substations, transportation belts, oil and gas pipelines, and drainage box culverts. Install intelligent robot inspection and monitoring systems and disposal systems on the existing infrastructure, build a smart operation and maintenance software platform, establish a smart comprehensive governance system, and achieve normalized intelligent monitoring and warning, intelligent decision-making, and disposal of target spaces. The underground space intelligent inspection robot system monitors the scene structure cracks, pipeline leaks and damages, environmental temperature, humidity, fire, and toxic gases in real time, and sends relevant data back to the control platform in real time to achieve status analysis, early warning, and alarm, greatly solving the safety problems of harmful leaks in existing scenes.

1. Dynamic intelligent inspection and monitoring: The system can collect real-time on-site video images and audio, monitor the robot's own status in real time, including the control mode of the host, current position, inspection trajectory, battery status, motion speed and other information.
2. Global environmental stereoscopic perception: The system can monitor the on-site environment in real time, including humidity, temperature, toxic and harmful gas concentration information of the equipment site, and can automatically analyze data and issue alarms based on alarm thresholds.
3. Scenario based visual analysis of working conditions: Combining deep learning and big data analysis, building an analysis model to intelligently identify hidden dangers such as cracks and deformations in corridor structures, pipeline leaks and damages, abnormal personnel intrusion, temperature anomalies, and overheating of power cables.
4. Intelligent warning and control decision-making:
During the daily inspection process, when abnormalities or fire accidents are detected in the environment, security situation, etc., an alarm can be quickly issued, the accident location can be locked, and the operation and maintenance personnel can be notified to take timely measures.
5. Inspection management function:Rail mounted inspection robotIt has three modes: fully autonomous inspection, manual remote inspection, and one click return, which can be freely and seamlessly switched without significant changes in inspection status and posture during the switching process.
6. Positioning return function robot: equipped with autonomous and precise positioning function, can report position at any time. Equipped with link interruption return function, once the communication link is interrupted, the robot will return according to the pre-set strategy.
7. Autonomous obstacle avoidance function: If encountering obstacles (including track obstacle detection) during movement, it will immediately stop moving and upload an alarm signal. After 30 minutes, it will automatically return to the charging station.
8. Inspection and monitoring report: Provide a comprehensive data report on intelligent inspection of relevant scenarios (including whether the environment, equipment, and process are in normal condition).
9. System self-protection: When the system is threatened by external hazardous elements, it can activate self-protection to prevent further expansion of the fault.
