Principle Overview
The structure of DLQSH raw water heater is shown in the following figure, which is directly connected to the pipeline system during use. The core component is the Laval nozzle, where the heated liquid flows at high speed inside the nozzle. Steam forms a continuous, high-speed fine jet with a mesh shape that gathers towards the middle axis from the heated liquid inside the high-speed pressure nozzle with small inclined holes on the outer wall of the nozzle. This allows the two to mix well at high speed inside the nozzle, resulting in sufficient mixing and total heat exchange between the steam and the heated liquid. In this way, noise and vibration are almost completely eliminated, and adjusting the mixing ratio of the two can obtain the desired temperature of the liquid.
