The Senhu brand oil-water separator is suitable for the treatment of kitchen oil stains and other oily wastewater in hotels, restaurants, canteens, and food processing plants. Through long-term engineering practice, scientific research and technical personnel from Senhu Environmental Protection Company have found that most of the oily wastewater in China currently contains a large amount of floating and suspended solids, and some even contain a large amount of sediment, leftover food and other impurities. Directly discharging the wastewater into the sewer not only pollutes the surrounding environment, but also often causes sewer blockage due to oil solidification in winter. The overflow of sewage not only pollutes the production and living environment, but also increases unnecessary dredging expenses. Therefore, whether required by the environmental protection bureau or considered from its own perspective, oil-water separators must be used to treat oily wastewater before discharge.

It can be widely used for the treatment of wastewater containing animal and vegetable oil in hotels, restaurants, canteens, food processing plants and other industrial wastewater containing mineral oil in oil fields, petrochemical industry, ships, gas stations, machinery processing and manufacturing, as well as coking. It can also be used together with other water treatment devices.

working principle:

If oily wastewater is discharged directly into urban drainage pipelines without treatment, it will form so-called "gutter oil", which will have an impact on drainage equipment and urban sewage treatment plants. The oil concentration of mixed sewage flowing into biological treatment structures should not exceed 30-50mg/L, otherwise it will directly affect the normal metabolism process of activated sludge and biofilm. The oil-water separator is a natural float separation method used to remove floatable oil and partially dispersed oil from oily wastewater under the action of gravity, taking advantage of the difference in oil-water density.

By ingeniously designing the internal structure of the unpowered oil-water separator, based on the shallow pool sedimentation theory, applying the principle of opposite flow separation and the dialectical relationship between turbulent flow and laminar flow, the flow velocity of sewage flowing through the oil-water separator is reduced, the water flow is downward, and the oil droplets float upward. Practice has shown that this product can remove more than 90% of floatable oil with a particle size of 60um or more, and the content of animal and vegetable oil in the discharged sewage is lower than the third level standard (100mg/L) in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
