Rotary mechanical grille

1、 Working principle

The rotary series grille cleaning machine is divided into two types: stainless steel mesh teeth and non-metallic teeth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain is driven by sprocket transmission to perform rotary motion. When the rake teeth move to the upper part of the equipment, relative motion occurs between each set of rake teeth due to the guidance of the guide wheels and curved rails. Most solid materials fall by gravity, while another part relies on the reverse movement of the brush shaft to wash away debris stuck to the rake teeth.
