The main purpose and scope of application of SDF tunnel axial flow fan:
The SDF tunnel type axial flow fan is mainly suitable for high-speed railways, highways, railways, water diversion tunnels, metal mines and other fields. It uses a compressed air supply through a wind belt to transport gas with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃ and must not be corrosive.
Structure and characteristics of SDF tunnel axial flow fan:
(1) This series of ventilation fans consists of a collector, a primary fan, a secondary fan, an electric motor, a muffler, and an air duct interface. The body and structure are welded from steel plates, and the impeller adopts streamlined wing blades. The fan adopts a direct connection between the electric motor and the impeller, with reliable transmission, simple and compact overall structure, sturdy and durable, safe to use, and easy to maintain.
(2) Compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, good aerodynamic performance, high wind pressure, stable operation in the working area, and wide range of efficient applications. According to the length of the excavation face and the different ventilation requirements of the tunnel, it can be used as a whole machine or in stages to reduce energy consumption, making it an ideal equipment for local ventilation in tunnel excavation.
