The working principle of the water flow switch is that when there is water flowing inside the water flow switch and the water flow rate is ≥ 1.0L/min, the magnetic core inside the water flow switch is displaced by the water flow, and the displacement of the magnetic core drives the magnetic source to produce a magnetic control effect, causing the water flow switch to output a "on" signal. The automatic selection of flow switch Kuaiyiyou is included. The signal is input into the device control system, and the control function is achieved through the control system. When the water flow rate is less than the starting flow rate, the water flow switch outputs a "off" signal. The control system produces a control effect opposite to the above. In other words, when the water flow rate in the pipeline is greater than 1L/min, the magnetic core is displaced by the water flow and drives the magnetic source to produce a magnetic control effect, causing the sensor to output a '1' switch signal. This signal is input to the equipment control system, and after power amplification, it achieves the purpose of water flow control. When the water flow rate in the pipeline is less than 1L/min, the magnetic core drives the magnetic source back to its original position under the thrust of the reset spring, causing the sensor to output a '0' switch signal and stop the system's operation. Flow switches have advantages such as high sensitivity and strong durability.
