(1) Working principle: SY-1057 cyanide online water quality analyzer measurement method adopts the method of adding tartaric acid and zinc nitrate to water and heating distillation. Simple cyanide and some complex cyanide in the water sample are distilled out in the form of hydrogen cyanide. After absorption with sodium hydroxide, they react with cyanamide T to generate hydrogen chloride, which reacts with the chromogenic reagent isoniazid pyrazolone to produce a red intermediate product. The red intermediate product is generated rapidly, with maximum absorption at a wavelength of 546nm and stable for a certain period of time

(1) Working principle: The SY-1057 cyanide online water quality analyzer adopts the measurement method of adding tartaric acid and zinc nitrate to water and heating distillation. Simple cyanide and some complex cyanide in the water sample are distilled out in the form of hydrogen cyanide, which is absorbed by sodium hydroxide and reacts with cyanamide T to generate hydrogen chloride. The intermediate product of red color is generated rapidly by the reaction of chromogenic reagent isoniazid pyrazolone, with maximum absorption at a wavelength of 546nm and stable for a certain period of time.

(2) The SY-1057 cyanide online water quality analyzer has the following basic functions:

-Can set, proofread, and display time, including year, month, day, hour, and minute;

-Alarm and display of system abnormalities such as equipment power failure, instrument leakage, and inability to import samples into the reactor. At the same time, stop running until the system is restarted;

-After each measurement, the pre-treatment device, instrument pipelines, valves, and other components are automatically cleaned;

-Automatic protection for power and water outages, as well as automatic recovery for incoming and outgoing power;

-Regular cleaning and sampling functions;

-Touchscreen viewing is more intuitive and easier to operate;
