SY-1067 Nickel Ion Water Quality Online Detector

(1) Working principle: The measurement method of SY-1067 total nickel/nickel ion online water quality analyzer adopts slightly acidic conditions (sulfuric acid medium), using ammonium persulfate as oxidant. The divalent nickel in the water sample is oxidized to tetravalent nickel, and then in a strongly alkaline medium (pH value about 12), tetravalent nickel forms a 1:3 orange yellow soluble complex with butanedione oxime, with an absorption peak at 470nm wavelength. The concentration of nickel ions in the water sample is calculated based on the absorbance. Water sample pretreatment: In an acidic medium, the water sample is digested with a strong oxidant at high temperature and high pressure. After cooling, the pH of the water sample is adjusted to neutral with reagents. The water sample that has undergone this pretreatment is measured using the above method to obtain the total nickel.

(2) The SY-1067 total nickel/nickel ion online water quality analyzer has the following basic functions:
