1. Working principle: The measurement method of SY-1072 total arsenic online water quality analyzer adopts ISO6595, GB-7485-87 "Water Quality - Determination of Total Arsenic - Silver Diethyldithiocarbamate spectrophotometric method". Zinc reacts with acid to produce new ecological hydrogen. In the presence of potassium iodide and stannous chloride, pentavalent arsenic is reduced to trivalent arsenic, which is then reduced to arsine (arsine) by primary ecological hydrogen. Arsine is absorbed in chloroform solution of silver triethanolamine diethyldithiocarbamate to produce red colloidal silver. The absorbance of the absorption solution is measured at a wavelength of 530nm. The instrument directly displays the total arsenic value in the sample through colorimetric conversion.
2. The SY-1072 total arsenic online water quality analyzer has the following basic functions:
- Can set and verify display time, including year, month, day, hour, and minute;
- It has an alarm function and displays the fault content in case of system abnormalities such as equipment power failure, instrument leakage, and inability to import samples into the reactor. Simultaneously stop running until the system is restarted;
- After each measurement, automatically clean the processing device, instrument pipelines, valves and other components;
- Automatic protection for power and water outages, as well as automatic recovery for incoming and outgoing power;
- Regular cleaning and sampling functions;
