(1) Working principle: SY-1061 total chromium/hexavalent chromium online water quality analyzer measurement method adopts the reaction between hexavalent chromium and diphenylcarbazide. Hexavalent chromium first oxidizes diphenylcarbazide to phenylhydrazine carbonyl azobenzene, while chromium itself is reduced to trivalent. Trivalent chromium reacts with phenylhydrazine carbonyl azobenzene to produce a purple red soluble compound

(1) Working principle: The measurement method of SY-1061 total chromium/hexavalent chromium online water quality analyzer adopts the reaction between hexavalent chromium and diphenylcarbazide. Hexavalent chromium first oxidizes diphenylcarbazide to phenylhydrazine carbonyl azobenzene, while chromium itself is reduced to trivalent. Trivalent chromium reacts with phenylhydrazine carbonyl azobenzene to produce a purple red soluble compound. Perform spectrophotometric measurement at a wavelength of 540nm. Water sample pretreatment: Dissolve the water sample with potassium permanganate at high temperature, cool it down, add protective agent and mix well. Titrate with reducing agent until the solution is colorless. The pre treated water sample can be measured using the above method to obtain the total chromium.

(2) The SY-1061 total chromium/hexavalent chromium online water quality analyzer has the following basic functions:

-Can set, proofread, and display time, including year, month, day, hour, and minute;

-It has an alarm function for system abnormalities such as equipment power failure, instrument leakage, and inability to import samples into the reactor, and displays the fault content. At the same time, stop running until the system is restarted;

-After each measurement, the pre-treatment device, instrument pipelines, valves, and other components are automatically cleaned;

-Automatic protection for power and water outages, as well as automatic recovery for incoming and outgoing power;

-Regular cleaning and sampling functions;

-Touchscreen viewing is more intuitive and easier to operate.
